- Received excellent feedback from clients and senior partners on your strategic advice.
- Successfully mentored 2-3 junior lawyers who have progressed in their careers.

Lateral Hire from another Law Firm (Senior Associate / Counsel)
Direct move, usually after 10-15 years PQESkills to master
- A portable book of business, a strong client following, and a proven track record of leadership and commercial success in a similar role at another reputable firm.
You're ready to move on when
- Demonstrable client relationships that are likely to transition with you.
- Experience leading significant insolvency cases independently.
- A clear understanding of the market and how you can contribute to our firm's growth.
- Strong cultural fit with our firm's values and collaborative approach.
