2-4 years as a SpecialistSkills to master
- Mastering end-to-end project ownership, demonstrating strong stakeholder influencing skills, and consistently delivering Level 3/4 impact on smaller projects.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led 3+ multi-component learning projects independently.
- Consistently received positive feedback from business stakeholders on programme impact.
- Proactively mentored new team members or junior colleagues.
- Developed and presented programme evaluations that went beyond 'happy sheets'.

From Senior L&D Specialist / Programme Manager (External)
5-8 years in a similar role at another organisationSkills to master
- A proven track record of designing and implementing impactful learning programmes in a fast-paced, complex environment. Experience with our specific tech stack (Articulate 360, Degreed) would be a bonus.
You're ready to move on when
- A strong portfolio of successful learning programmes with demonstrable impact.
- Experience managing budgets and resources for significant learning initiatives.
- Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed, global organisation.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and influence senior stakeholders.
