- Consistently provided mentorship and guidance to 2+ junior analysts, helping them grow their skills.
- Presented strategic insights directly to the Head of IR or CFO on multiple occasions, receiving positive feedback.
- Proactively identified and proposed solutions for significant market intelligence gaps or challenges.

Coming from 10-15 years in financial services (e.g., equity research, investment banking, asset management) with a strong analytical and team leadership background.Skills to master

Coming from 10-15 years in a specialist IR or financial communications consultancy, with a focus on market intelligence and analytics.Skills to master
