Roughly 6-10 years of experience, with 3-5 years specifically focused on a complex niche.Skills to master
- Deep, expert-level knowledge of a specific, complex insurance product line, including unique underwriting rules, claims processes, and regulatory requirements.
You're ready to move on when
- You're the company-wide expert for a particular product or client segment.
- You're regularly consulted by Underwriting or Sales on technical aspects of niche policies.
- You've developed training materials or delivered sessions on your specialist area.
