You're ready to move on when
- Consistently exceeding revenue targets for a large portfolio or global programme at L5.
- Successfully leading complex, multi-region strategic initiatives from inception to delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior managers, with tangible examples of their growth.
- Regularly presenting strategic updates and proposals to senior VPs and C-level executives.

From Senior Director / VP, Business Development or Sales (Global)
5-8 years in a senior sales/BD leadership roleSkills to master
- Transition from direct sales leadership to ecosystem-led growth, understanding the nuances of indirect revenue models, partner enablement, and alliance governance. Develop a strategic, long-term perspective beyond quarterly sales quotas.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing global sales or business development teams.
- Experience in negotiating large, complex commercial deals, ideally with a channel component.
- A strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes in multiple international regions.

3-6 years as a Senior Manager/Principal ConsultantSkills to master
