Around 8-12 years of experience, with 4-6 years at Lead level.Skills to master

You're ready to move on when
- Successfully designed and implemented 2-3 major innovation programmes end-to-end.
- Consistently received feedback on strong executive presence and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of 3-8 direct reports effectively.
- Owned a significant budget (£250K+) and delivered measurable ROI/impact.

Manager / Principal, Intrapreneurship (L5)
Around 12-16 years of experience, with 4-6 years at Manager/Principal level.Skills to master
- Managing a portfolio of innovation projects, owning a significant innovation budget, leading a team of specialists (including other managers), and shaping the overall intrapreneurship function's strategy.
You're ready to move on when
- Accountable for a £500K-£1M+ innovation budget with clear success metrics.
- Successfully managed a team of 10-25 people (including managers/leads).
- Consistently delivered a balanced H1/H2/H3 innovation portfolio with clear 'graduates' to the business.
- Proven ability to set vision and strategy for an entire innovation function.

Strategic Consultant (Innovation Focus)
Typically 15+ years in a top-tier consulting firm, specialising in innovation, digital transformation, or organisational change.Skills to master
- Client relationship management at C-suite level, complex problem-solving, designing and implementing large-scale change programmes, and deep industry knowledge.
You're ready to move on when
- Led multiple large-scale innovation or transformation engagements for Fortune 500 clients.
- Developed and sold significant consulting engagements (£1M+).
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing project teams.
- Deep expertise in a specific industry relevant to our business unit.
