- Successfully managed a portfolio of 3-5 innovation projects, with at least one reaching significant scale.
- Consistently secured internal funding for new ventures, demonstrating strong business case development and stakeholder influence.
- Developed and mentored a team of intrapreneurs, seeing them grow and take on more responsibility.

5-8 years in consulting before moving to L6Skills to master
- Translating strategic recommendations into actionable implementation plans, managing large-scale transformation programmes, and developing deep industry expertise in innovation.
You're ready to move on when
- Led multiple innovation strategy engagements for large corporate clients, with demonstrable impact.
- Proven ability to build and manage complex client relationships at the executive level.
- Experience in driving organisational change and embedding new processes within client organisations.

5-7 years in VC/PE before moving to L6Skills to master
- Expertise in deal sourcing, due diligence, investment thesis development, and portfolio management, with a strong network in the startup ecosystem.

- Successfully sourced, evaluated, and executed multiple investments in early-stage companies.
- Demonstrated ability to support portfolio companies in scaling and achieving strategic milestones.

6-10 years in a P&L role before moving to L6Skills to master

- Successfully launched and scaled new products or services within their business unit.
