1-2 years post-apprenticeshipSkills to master
- Deep understanding of specific operational processes, problem-solving within defined parameters, effective use of business software, stakeholder communication.
You're ready to move on when
- Completed a Level 3 or 4 apprenticeship in a relevant area.
- Received positive feedback from previous employers/mentors.
- Can show examples of taking initiative and following through on tasks.
- Has a solid grasp of basic business etiquette and professionalism.

- Can provide examples of improving a process or catching an error.
