You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led multiple complex, cross-functional analytical projects with direct impact on IR strategy.
- Consistently delivered insights explicitly cited by the Head of IR/CFO in external communications or board meetings.
- Demonstrated strong leadership in developing and retaining talent within your team, with at least one successful internal promotion.
- Proactively identified and mitigated significant market or activist risks through your analytical work.

From Head of Research / Senior Portfolio Manager (Buy-side)
