8-10 years in HRBP roles, with a strong L&D focusSkills to master
- Deep understanding of business unit needs, strategic workforce planning, talent management processes, influencing senior leaders, change management. You'd need to have actively shaped learning interventions in your HRBP role.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully partnered with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps.
- Led significant HR projects that included a strong learning component.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into people initiatives.
- Developed a strong network across the business and HR.

Project Manager (with L&D focus)
10-12 years in project management, with significant L&D project experienceSkills to master
- Large-scale programme management, budget control, vendor management, cross-functional team leadership, risk management, strong communication. You'd need to have managed projects specifically focused on learning or talent initiatives.

- Successfully delivered multiple complex L&D-related projects on time and within budget.
- Managed project teams, including resource allocation and performance.
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated understanding of learning methodologies and technologies.
