5-8 years of HRIS experience, with 2-3 years in a management role.Skills to master

- Managed a team of 2+ HRIS professionals for at least 2 years.
- Oversaw a significant HRIS project portfolio with demonstrable results.
- Experience with our core HRIS platform (Workday) is a huge plus.
