- Proven ability to manage a full month-end close cycle independently.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in explaining financial performance.
- Comfortable working with various financial systems and data sources.

- Strong analytical and modelling skills, particularly in Excel.
- Experience working directly with non-finance business units.
