- P&L analysis, budgeting and forecasting, business partnering with sales/marketing, understanding revenue and cost drivers.

- Has independently managed financial analysis for a business unit or product line.
- Can clearly articulate the commercial impact of financial decisions.
- Has experience presenting financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.

Graduate Scheme (Finance/Analytics)
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Rotational experience across different finance functions, exposure to various data systems, foundational analytical skills, project work.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully completed rotations with strong performance reviews.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Has led or significantly contributed to analytical projects during the scheme.
