Direct entry is possible with 12-16 years of relevant experience, including team leadership.Skills to master
- Adapting to our bank's specific credit culture and risk appetite, quickly building relationships with internal stakeholders, and demonstrating immediate impact on team performance.
You're ready to move on when
- A proven track record of leading and developing a commercial lending team at a competitor.
- Strong existing network of COIs and potential clients in our target market.
- Deep understanding of commercial lending products and processes.
- Ability to quickly integrate into a new organisational culture and drive results.
- Clear examples of successful team management and target achievement.
