1-3 yearsSkills to master
- Client communication (phone/email), problem-solving basic queries, managing administrative tasks, using CRM systems, working in a fast-paced environment.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently met or exceeded customer service targets.
- Proven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
- Showed initiative in learning new systems or processes.
- Can articulate why they want to transition into finance.
