- Developing a deep understanding of financial reporting, general ledger processes, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures. Learning to identify and resolve discrepancies.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial data.
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies or control gaps in their own area.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial data.
