You're ready to move on when

- Consistently received positive feedback on your mentorship and guidance of junior colleagues.
- Proactively identified and resolved complex data or methodological issues without senior intervention.
- Presented performance insights to senior management or external clients with confidence and clarity.

Lead Performance Analyst (External Hire)
12-16 years total experience, with 3-5 years in a Lead roleSkills to master
- A proven track record of leading teams (even if informal), designing and implementing new attribution models, managing complex data onboarding, and acting as a final escalation point for performance issues. We'd expect you to have strong GIPS expertise and a solid understanding of a major performance system.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed a team of 3+ analysts in a previous role, with demonstrable success in team development.
- Architected and implemented a significant performance reporting solution or data integration project.
- Was the go-to expert for GIPS compliance and complex attribution challenges in your previous firm.
- Demonstrated strong vendor management experience for performance systems.

Senior Manager, Investment Operations or Risk (Internal/External)
12-16 years total experience, with a focus on investment operations or risk managementSkills to master
- Deep understanding of the investment lifecycle, strong data governance principles, and experience managing operational teams. You'd need to demonstrate how your operational or risk background translates into a strategic understanding of performance data and its importance.
