You're ready to move on when

- Proactively identifies and resolves accounting issues before they escalate.
- Demonstrates leadership potential by guiding and supporting junior team members.
- Successfully manages complex reconciliations and accounting treatments independently.
- Has a strong understanding of the entire close process and its dependencies.

Audit Manager (Practice to Industry)
7-10 years in audit, with 2-3 years as an Audit ManagerSkills to master
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, deep understanding of internal controls, experience managing client relationships and audit teams, process improvement mindset from seeing many different companies.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed multiple audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Expertise in IFRS/UK GAAP and complex accounting treatments.
- Proven ability to lead and develop audit staff.
- Excellent communication skills for dealing with clients (now internal stakeholders).
- A desire to move from an advisory role to an operational, hands-on management position.

Financial Accountant (Larger Organisation)
8-12 years in a large corporate finance department, specialising in financial reporting or close.Skills to master
- Experience with complex consolidations, statutory reporting, and managing significant parts of the close in a larger, more matrixed environment. Strong ERP system experience.
You're ready to move on when
- Experience with multi-entity or multi-currency accounting.
- Proven ability to manage complex reporting requirements under tight deadlines.
- Strong command of advanced Excel and ERP functionalities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
