- Organisational skills, speed and accuracy in data entry, basic office software proficiency, communication skills.
You're ready to move on when
- Track record of hitting data entry targets with high accuracy.
- Experience with basic reconciliation or record-keeping.
- Positive feedback on attention to detail and reliability from previous managers.

Completed or nearing completion of a Level 2/3 Finance ApprenticeshipSkills to master
- Foundational accounting knowledge, practical application of finance processes, professional communication, teamwork.

- Successful completion of apprenticeship modules.
- Experience working with financial systems and processes.
- Positive references from apprenticeship mentors/employers.
