- Effectively diagnoses and resolves Tier 1 IT issues.
- Expresses interest in Operational Technology (OT) and building networks.

- Practical engineering skills, theoretical knowledge of building services, problem-solving, teamwork, professional conduct.

- Successful completion of apprenticeship programme.
- Demonstrates a strong grasp of technical fundamentals.
- Receives positive feedback from mentors and supervisors.
