- Successfully managing several smaller virtual events or significant components of larger ones.
- Demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail in event execution.
- Proactively suggesting improvements to event processes or promotional tactics.

- Deepening technical troubleshooting skills, understanding streaming protocols, audio/video mixing, and live production environments. Learning the specific demands of event production timelines and stakeholder management.
