You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led at least two full annual reporting cycles with zero major audit findings.
- Consistently delivered projects on time and within scope, even with shifting requirements.
- Received strong feedback on your ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Proactively identified and implemented significant process improvements that saved time or improved accuracy.

Senior Manager, Corporate Reporting (with ESG focus)
4-6 years in this roleSkills to master
- Deep expertise in both financial and non-financial reporting, strong understanding of internal controls, and experience engaging with external auditors on complex disclosures. You'd be coming from a more traditional finance background, but with a strong ESG specialisation.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed the production of significant sections of the annual report or financial statements.
- Demonstrated a strong understanding of financial materiality and its application to ESG.
- Successfully navigated complex audit processes for both financial and non-financial data.
- Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable reporting plans.

3-6 years in a consulting roleSkills to master
- Experience advising multiple clients on ESG strategy, reporting, and assurance. Strong project management skills, client relationship management, and a broad understanding of best practices across various industries. You'd bring a wealth of external perspective.
