- Consistently delivered clean, accurate delegate data post-event.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex delegate queries and on-site issues independently.
- Proactively identified and implemented process improvements for delegate workflows.
- Received positive feedback on informal mentorship or guidance provided to new team members.
