3-4 yearsSkills to master
- Translating core data analysis skills (SQL, Python, visualisation) to customer-specific problems. Learning VoC methodologies, customer journey mapping, and understanding the nuances of customer feedback data. Developing strong storytelling skills.

- Has a strong technical foundation in data manipulation and analysis.
- Demonstrates a keen interest in customer behaviour and experience.
- Has completed personal projects or taken courses related to CX or market research.
- Can articulate how their previous data analysis experience would apply to customer insights.

- Adapting from qualitative research or survey design to more quantitative, data-driven analysis. Developing strong SQL and Python skills. Learning how to integrate survey data with operational and behavioural data for a holistic view.
