- You've started proactively contributing to the knowledge base and suggesting process improvements.
- You're comfortable coaching new hires and answering their questions without being asked.

- You have a proven track record of handling similar complex escalations and driving process improvements in previous roles.
- You can demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills through past projects.
- You're adaptable and can quickly pick up new systems and product knowledge.
- You've got examples of how you've mentored or guided colleagues in the past.
