- High-volume customer interaction, following scripts, data entry, managing call queues, basic system navigation. You're familiar with the rhythm of support.

- You've consistently met call handling targets and CSAT goals.
- You're used to working with a headset and multiple screens.
- You can quickly learn and apply new product information.
