- Built and managed a high-performing global team of 50+ individuals.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and external stakeholders on critical ESG issues.

Senior Partner / Practice Lead (Sustainability Consulting)
7-12 years at this level before CSOSkills to master
- Client relationship management at the C-suite level, developing and selling complex sustainability strategies, managing diverse project teams, deep industry knowledge across multiple sectors, and strong commercial acumen.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully advised multiple Fortune 500 companies on their sustainability strategies.
- Developed and grown a significant consulting practice area (£5M+ annual revenue).
- Published influential thought leadership in the sustainability space.
- Proven ability to translate complex challenges into actionable, business-aligned solutions.

Executive Leadership (Major NGO / Multilateral Organisation)
8-15 years at this level before CSOSkills to master
- Global policy advocacy, multi-stakeholder collaboration, fundraising and grant management, navigating complex geopolitical landscapes, and driving large-scale social or environmental programmes.

- Led a major international programme or campaign with significant global impact.
- Successfully influenced national or international policy on a key sustainability issue.
- Managed complex partnerships with governments, corporations, and civil society.
- Demonstrated strong leadership in a purpose-driven, non-profit environment.
