You're ready to move on when
- Consistent delivery of award-winning campaigns that drove measurable business results.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire large creative departments (20+ people).
- Strong track record of influencing C-suite clients and securing significant creative budgets.
- Demonstrable strategic impact beyond just creative execution.

VP of Marketing (with a strong creative background)
3-6 years at this level before moving to VP/ECDSkills to master
- Holistic marketing strategy, budget ownership across all marketing functions, deep understanding of customer acquisition and retention, cross-functional leadership (product, sales, data), brand management.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully owned and grown a significant marketing P&L.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate creative strategy within broader marketing objectives.
- Experience leading diverse marketing teams beyond just creative.
- Strong analytical skills to connect creative to business outcomes.

Head of Brand / Global Brand Director (from a large enterprise)
4-7 years at this level before moving to VP/ECDSkills to master
- Global brand strategy and architecture, brand equity management, market research and consumer insights, brand guideline development and enforcement, managing brand consistency across diverse business units.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed and grown a global brand's equity and reputation.
- Proven ability to define and enforce brand standards across complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and market dynamics.
- Experience in crisis communications and brand reputation management.
