5-10 years (from CPO to CDCO)Skills to master
- Enterprise-wide HR strategy, talent management, organisational development, and a strong track record of driving D&I initiatives within the HR function. The shift would involve a deeper focus on regulatory compliance and external advocacy.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led significant D&I initiatives within a large HR function.
- Proven ability to manage complex HR compliance issues.
- Experience building an inclusive talent acquisition and development strategy.

Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer (CECO)
3-7 years (from CECO to CDCO)Skills to master
- Deep expertise in enterprise-wide compliance programmes, ethics training, risk management, and investigations. The progression to CDCO would require a significant expansion of D&I strategic leadership and cultural transformation capabilities.

- Successfully managed major regulatory compliance programmes and audits.
- Demonstrated ability to influence ethical behaviour across the organisation.
