- Deep industry-specific knowledge, navigating internal corporate politics, operationalising strategic recommendations, and building internal consensus.
You're ready to move on when
- Advised multiple C-suite clients on enterprise-wide sustainability strategy and implementation.
- Managed large, complex client engagements with significant P&L responsibility.
- Developed and maintained a strong network of corporate executives and industry leaders.
- Proven ability to translate external best practices into internal, actionable strategies.

- Deep understanding of climate science and policy, stakeholder engagement beyond pure risk, and leading cultural change initiatives.

- Demonstrated ability to influence capital allocation decisions based on risk assessments.
- Engaged with external stakeholders (regulators, investors) on risk transparency.
