- Led 3-5 major lease negotiations or capital projects from start to finish, with positive outcomes.
- Consistently received strong feedback on leadership potential and strategic thinking from senior management.
- Developed and presented a compelling business case for a significant real estate initiative that was approved and executed.

Director-level role in a smaller, rapidly growing company
4-6 years in a similar leadership role.Skills to master
- Experience scaling a real estate function during rapid growth, building processes from scratch, and operating with a high degree of autonomy. You'd have worn many hats and been accountable for broad outcomes.

- Successfully built out a real estate function or managed significant growth in a prior role (e.g., scaled from 5 to 20 locations).
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively with limited resources and high ambiguity.
