You're ready to move on when
- Consistently accurate daily cash position reports with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identifies and resolves routine payment issues.
- Begins to identify minor process inefficiencies and suggests solutions.

Senior Finance Analyst (from a different function)
3-5 years in a related finance role + 1-2 years focused on cash/treasurySkills to master
- Strong analytical skills, understanding of financial statements, experience with ERP systems, and a keen interest in cash flow dynamics. You'll need to quickly get up to speed on specific cash management processes and payment systems.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and present insights.
- Demonstrable experience with process improvement in a finance context.
- Quickly grasps cash flow forecasting methodologies.
- Shows a strong desire to specialise in treasury/cash management.

External Audit Senior / Consultant (with treasury focus)
3-4 years in audit/consulting + 1-2 years internal finance experienceSkills to master
- Excellent understanding of internal controls (SOX), financial reporting, and risk management. You'll need to adapt your external perspective to internal operational execution and process ownership.

- Strong grasp of financial controls and compliance requirements.
