2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Understanding of operational workflows, basic process mapping, data reconciliation, coordinating tasks between teams, exposure to performance metrics.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed operational data for a specific service line.
- Can identify bottlenecks in a process and suggest minor improvements.
- Has experience working with multiple internal teams to achieve a common goal.
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills and attention to detail in data handling.

- Advanced Excel, basic SQL, data cleaning, statistical analysis fundamentals, creating basic visualisations, interpreting data trends.
