- Can independently perform basic data analysis to identify process metrics.
- Successfully supports UAT for automation solutions with minimal supervision.

2-3 years (with BPO-specific learning)Skills to master
- Translating existing business analysis skills into a BPO context, understanding automation capabilities and limitations, and learning industry-specific process methodologies. You'll need to get up to speed on our client environments.

- Quickly adapts to BPO client environments and terminology.
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of how business requirements translate into process designs.
- Proactively seeks out knowledge about RPA and other automation technologies.
