Around 5-7 years as a Partner or Senior Principal at a top-tier consulting firm, specialising in BPO advisory, large-scale transformation, or global operating model design.Skills to master
- Client acquisition and relationship management at the C-Suite level, complex solution design, leading multi-disciplinary consulting teams, thought leadership, and selling multi-million pound engagements.
You're ready to move on when
- A strong book of business and recognised expertise in BPO/transformation.
- Ability to articulate complex strategic solutions to diverse client executives.
- Proven success in leading and delivering large-scale client engagements.
- Strong network within the BPO industry and client organisations.

Roughly 4-6 years leading a significant global operations function (e.g., Head of Global F&A Operations) within a BPO provider, with a strong focus on operational excellence and client delivery.Skills to master
- Operational P&L management, large-scale team leadership (100s+), client service delivery excellence, process standardisation, and driving continuous improvement in live operations.

- Consistent achievement of operational SLAs and KPIs across a large global footprint.
