2-4 years as an External Audit ManagerSkills to master
- Managing a portfolio of external audit clients, leading large audit teams, managing budgets and deadlines, and developing deep expertise in financial reporting standards (IFRS/US GAAP).
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of managing complex external audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including negotiating audit fees and timelines.
- Experience with international audit teams and cross-border engagements.
- Ability to translate external audit methodologies to an internal audit context.
