- A deep understanding of specific financial processes (e.g., Accounts Payable, General Ledger), hands-on experience with an ERP system, and practical exposure to month-end close activities.
You're ready to move on when
- A clear ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
- Strong command of Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Demonstrated interest in process improvement and control adherence within your previous role.
- Positive feedback from managers on your analytical and problem-solving abilities.
