The Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Sales is an occupational qualification for individuals working in a sales role. It enables learners to develop and demonstrate competence in key areas such as telephone sales, information analysis, and time planning. Successful completion leads to a nationally recognised qualification in the marketing and sales sector.
