- Understanding of waste-specific terminology and regulations, hands-on audit techniques, data analysis in Excel, basic project coordination.
You're ready to move on when
- Strong organisational skills applied to waste programme tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Good track record of supporting other teams and managing information.
- Expressed interest and demonstrable self-study in sustainability topics.

Retail or Hospitality Operations
1-3 years in a customer-facing or operational roleSkills to master
- Understanding of waste stream complexities in a commercial setting, behavioural influence, practical problem-solving, managing supplier interactions (e.g., deliveries).

- Experience dealing with practical, day-to-day operational challenges.
- A knack for influencing staff behaviour through clear communication.
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks and problem-solving on the spot.
