You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivers assigned tasks on time with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identifies and resolves minor technical issues.
- Demonstrates a solid grasp of API-led connectivity principles.
- Actively seeks feedback and applies learnings to improve code quality.

Integration Developer (from other platforms)
6-12 months (ramp-up)Skills to master
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform mastery (Studio, Runtime Manager, Exchange), DataWeave fluency, Mule-specific error handling, MUnit testing.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully completed MuleSoft's 'Developer Fundamentals' course and ideally achieved MCD - Level 1 certification.
- Can translate integration patterns from previous platforms into MuleSoft solutions.
- Quickly picks up new MuleSoft features and best practices.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of RESTful API design in a MuleSoft context.

- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, DataWeave, Enterprise Integration Patterns, specific connector usage (e.g., Salesforce, SAP), understanding of integration security.

- Strong background in Java or similar backend languages, with a focus on API development.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new frameworks and platforms.
- Can demonstrate experience with building robust, scalable APIs in a different ecosystem.
- Excited about the integration domain and MuleSoft specifically.
