- Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction without direct authority across multiple teams.

Senior Technical Product Manager (with strong XR focus)
4-6 years in a senior product roleSkills to master
- Product strategy, market analysis, roadmap definition, stakeholder management, translating business needs into technical requirements, P&L responsibility for a product line.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully launched and grown 1-2 XR products with significant market impact.
- Deep technical understanding of XR, capable of engaging in architectural discussions with engineers.
- Proven ability to manage product P&L and make data-driven strategic decisions.
- Strong relationships with engineering leadership and a track record of effective collaboration.

Technical Director (from a smaller XR studio)
2-4 years as a Technical DirectorSkills to master
- Full technical ownership, team management, budget oversight, strategic planning, hands-on technical problem-solving, managing external partnerships.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led the entire technical function of a smaller XR company or division.
- Experience managing a full engineering team and delivering multiple products.
- Demonstrated ability to operate across the full technical stack and manage technical debt.
- Comfortable with the ambiguity and rapid pace of a growing organisation.
