5-8 years of AE experience, with 2+ years as a Senior AESkills to master
- Consistently exceeding quota, mentoring junior reps, leading complex deals, strong pipeline management, and a deep understanding of our sales process.
You're ready to move on when
- Hitting 120%+ of quota for 4+ consecutive quarters.
- Regularly asked by other reps for deal advice or coaching.
- Proactively taking on leadership responsibilities (e.g., running team training sessions).
- Demonstrating strong organisational impact beyond just their own deals.

Sales Team Lead (Informal)
7-10 years of AE experience, with 1-2 years in an informal lead roleSkills to master
- Guiding a small group of reps, assisting with deal strategy, conducting informal call reviews, and contributing to team-wide initiatives.
You're ready to move on when
- Taking ownership of team-wide initiatives or projects.
- Demonstrating strong coaching instincts and a desire to help others succeed.
- Being the 'go-to' person for new hires or struggling reps.
- Consistently providing valuable input in sales leadership meetings.
