- Demonstrates a clear understanding of our stage-gate process and documentation requirements.
- Proactively identifies minor issues and suggests solutions to their supervisor.

Technical Specialist / Scientist (transitioning to PM)
3-5 years (in technical role) + 1-2 years (in coordination)Skills to master
- Translating deep technical knowledge into project plans, developing project management methodologies, understanding budget cycles, and cross-functional communication.
You're ready to move on when
- Has led small technical initiatives or experiments from start to finish.
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills in their technical work.
- Shows a keen interest in the 'how' and 'when' of project delivery, not just the 'what'.
- Can effectively communicate technical challenges and progress to non-technical audiences.
