- Proactive in asking questions and seeking to understand 'why'.

Apprenticeship Completion (Engineering / Technical)

- Practical hands-on skills, understanding workshop/lab environments, problem-solving in a structured way, teamwork.
You're ready to move on when
- Ability to work independently on routine tasks.
- Good understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
- Experience with basic hand tools and test equipment.
- Positive attitude towards continuous learning and feedback.

Manufacturing / Assembly Technician
1-2 years in a relevant manufacturing roleSkills to master
- Attention to detail, repetitive task execution, quality control, understanding product components, basic troubleshooting.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of high-quality work in a production environment.
- Familiarity with technical documentation and work instructions.
- Ability to identify and report defects or anomalies.
- Desire to move into a more experimental, R&D-focused role.
