- Proactively identifying improvement opportunities in existing processes.
- Successfully leading smaller, less complex incident investigations.
- Demonstrating strong communication skills when presenting findings to mid-level management.

Senior Health & Safety Advisor / Environmental Specialist (from another company)
Direct entry, assuming relevant experienceSkills to master
- Adapting to our specific risk assessment methodologies and GRC platforms, understanding our unique operational risks, and building internal stakeholder relationships quickly.
You're ready to move on when
- A proven track record of managing significant H&S or Environmental risks in a comparable industry.
- Demonstrable experience in leading incident investigations and implementing effective CAPAs.
- Strong understanding of relevant ISO standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, even with new teams.
