- Organisational skills, contractor management (basic), understanding of building operations, data management.

- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
- Good understanding of how a building operates day-to-day.
- Experience interacting with and chasing contractors for information.
- Demonstrated interest in environmental aspects of facilities management.

Recent Graduate (Environmental Science/Management)
0-1 year (if relevant internship experience)Skills to master

- Strong academic record in a relevant field.
