- You've successfully led at least 3-5 significant CAPA investigations from start to finish.
- You're regularly sought out by junior engineers for advice and guidance.
- You've presented your findings and recommendations to middle management with confidence.
- You've independently used statistical software to solve complex problems.

Manufacturing Engineer / Process Engineer to Senior Head of Quality (L3)
4-6 years in manufacturing or process engineering rolesSkills to master
- Deep understanding of operational processes, experience with process optimisation, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail in production.
You're ready to move on when
- You've led projects to improve manufacturing efficiency or reduce waste.
- You're familiar with production line constraints and challenges.
- You've worked closely with quality teams on defect reduction initiatives.
- You can demonstrate a strong grasp of process control and variation.

4-6 years in supplier quality rolesSkills to master
- Auditing suppliers, managing supplier non-conformances, understanding supply chain quality risks, and implementing supplier development programmes.
You're ready to move on when
- You've successfully resolved complex quality issues with external suppliers.
- You're adept at using tools like PPAP and FMEA in a supplier context.
- You can demonstrate strong negotiation and influence skills with external partners.
- You understand how incoming material quality impacts internal operations.
