Immediate (assuming 5-8 years relevant experience)Skills to master
- Quickly learn our specific systems (Ariba/Coupa setup), understand our key supplier base and contracts, get to grips with our internal stakeholder landscape and decision-making processes.

- Proven track record of managing international supplier relationships in a previous role.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new company cultures and processes.
- Demonstrable experience in leading supplier performance reviews and driving improvements.
- Strong references highlighting problem-solving and communication skills.
- A portfolio of successful projects where you've improved supplier performance or efficiency.

Transition from Supply Chain/Logistics Management
3-5 years (requiring some upskilling in procurement specifics)Skills to master
- Understanding of P2P cycle from a procurement lens, contract administration, supplier due diligence, and financial aspects of procurement (TCO, cost avoidance).

- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills in previous roles.
- Experience managing external vendor relationships (e.g., freight forwarders, 3PLs).
- A clear interest and proactive learning in procurement methodologies and tools.
