- Deep understanding of how our operations run day-to-day.
- Experience using our core operational systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot minor system glitches in your previous role.
- A clear passion for improving operational efficiency through technology.

2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Foundational IT knowledge, practical application of IT support skills, professional communication, structured learning.
You're ready to move on when
- Successful completion of your apprenticeship or programme.
- Strong recommendations from your mentors or supervisors.
- A portfolio of projects or practical experience demonstrating your technical aptitude.
- A clear understanding of IT support principles and best practices.
