You're ready to move on when
- Consistently accurate completion of all assigned tasks.
- Proactive in asking clarifying questions and seeking to understand 'why'.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to new procedures.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.

Internal Transfer (e.g., from Admin, Customer Service, or Warehouse)
6-18 monthsSkills to master
- Deep understanding of operational pain points, basic system knowledge from a user perspective, customer-facing communication skills, and a desire to understand the 'how' behind the systems.
You're ready to move on when
- Identified common system frustrations from a user perspective and proposed simple solutions.
- Already familiar with some of our core systems from a user standpoint.
- Shown initiative in trying to solve system-related problems in their previous role.
- Strong internal network and understanding of our company culture.

University Leaver (Non-Technical Degree)
0-1 yearSkills to master
- Structured thinking, research skills, ability to quickly grasp new concepts, and strong written communication. You'll need to pick up the technical specifics quickly.
You're ready to move on when
- Demonstrated analytical ability through academic projects or part-time work.
- Proactive in self-learning technical skills (e.g., Excel, basic coding tutorials).
- Clear, logical communication style.
- A genuine interest in how businesses use technology to operate.
